At this time, I am not accepting insurance. However, as an Out-Of-Network Provider for those with a PPO plan, I can provide you with a SuperBill to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.

2. I don't know if I have out-of-network coverage, and I am interested in receiving reimbursement. What questions might I ask my insurance company?
- Are out-of-network providers of mental health services covered?
- If so, what amount or percentage of sessions are covered?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions that may be covered?
- Is pre-authorization required?
- To what address should I mail the receipt for reimbursement?
3. I am not using my insurance company. How much does therapy and consultation cost?
